XXXTentacion (Jahseh Onfroy) has been charged with eight new felony counts of witness tampering, TMZ reports. These add to the seven counts of witness tampering and witness harassment handed down on Friday that placed the South Florida rapper back in jail while he awaits trial for domestic violence.
Onfroy already faced one count of witness tampering, and one count each of aggravated battery against a pregnant woman, domestic battery by strangulation, and false imprisonment.
Onfroy’s trial was delayed this month after his accuser—who previously testified that the rapper offered her money if she abandoned the case—signed an affidavit asking for the charges to be dropped.
Prosecutors told Pitchfork they doubted the authenticity of the request. According to prosecuting documents, Onfroy made several recorded phone calls from jail that produced evidence leading to the latest round of charges. The 19-year-old is now being held without bail or phone privileges. He faces decades in prison if convicted.
Joe Budden and Cyn Santana are now the proud parent of a baby boy.
The Slaughterhouse rapper turned talk show host and the reality star confirmed the news on Twitter on Friday (December 15). Budden became a father on a date that is special to him because today is the 10th anniversary of his classic project Mood Music 3, so he will always have two things to celebrate today, the birth of his child and the anniversary of some of his best music. 2017 has no doubt been a ground breaking year for the “Pump It Up” rapper who got married and became a co-host on Everyday Struggle.

“It appears so…… God is good,” Joe Budden tweeted. Santana also shared a photo of her baby’s hand holding onto her finger. The couple has been getting some positive messages from their fans and some of their celebrity peers. One person that Budden will not get a congratulatory statement from is Quavo or anyone from the Migos clan.
G-Eazy double album The Beautiful & Damned is now available.
The robust album packs 20 singles with guest appearances from E-40, Jay Ant, Kehlani, A$AP Rocky, Cardi B, Charlie Puth, and more. G-Eazy announced the album back in June and after six months of quietly working on the project he finally delivered it to his fans. Puth is featured on the single “Sober,” Cardi B and Rocky came through on “No Limit,” while Kehlani is on “Crash & Burn.” Among the producers who put in some work on the project includes Murda-Beatz, Boi-1da, Allen Ritter, The Futuristiks, and J Gramm.
“This is the next chapter of Gerald,” G-Eazy told Billboard. “I think [the fans] know me well enough by now, so this is just the next chapter of my life. I’m further exploring my Gemini; you know, the duality and the split personality of who I am. That’s The Beautiful and Damned. There’s multiple layers to the title and the concept of the album, but that’s one of the better messages. I’m exploring that yin and yang of my personality.”
