Mary J. Blige wants her estranged husband to pay his half of the debt that they shared together while married.
According to TMZ, new legal documents suggest that Blige and Martin “Kendu” Isaacsare $11,622,614 in debt, with a lot of that being money that they owe to the IRS. Blige, however, has proposed that Isaacs should pay her $5,990,357, which would take care of his half of their financial burden.
That’s also why Blige has argued that she should not be required to pay spousal support to Isaacs, because she is bearing the brunt of the debt they incurred together, while, according to Blige, Isaacs is unwilling to work to support himself.
